History[]

Dawnkit was born to Dandelionshell (Mother) and Shellshine (Father) of WindClan with no littermates. She was known as the most “feisty, tiger-ish kit” of WindClan since she had a fiery, brutal and aggressive nature. She acted like nothing could stand in her way and even tried to battle the leader but Bigstar declined and told her she was told her she was too young to take on battle, which made Dawnkit even more challenging to cats, meaning she would try and start up fights in the Nursery, but she quickly got found out and had to be grounded from playing for a while.

Dawnkit grew and grew, making her a very tall kit when she was 4 moons. When she became 6 moons, she got the name Dawnpaw and the mentor, Rainclaw. She taught her as good as she could but Dawnpaw didn’t listen much, even if the silver apprentice tried to listen to the blue warrior. This made her have to see younger apprentices become warriors before her because she thought she was far from training, this then lead her to becoming a very sad apprentice with no apprentice friends, even if there were still apprentices. Because they all strayed away from her and thought she would attack them without reason, Rainclaw got suspicious as she saw Dawnpaw BEG her to send her hunting. So one day Rainclaw spied on her, and was impressed when she saw Dawnpaw hunting, digging them in good spots, and hunting again, repeating this cycle. When they both came back to camp, Rainclaw came out the bushes and greeted Dawnpaw, the apprentice with a mouthful of prey, saying she was very impressed she hadn’t been sneaking off somewhere or eating the fresh-kill before the kits and elders. This caused the blue deputy to ask the brown leader to make the silver apprentice a warrior, and Bigstar agreed, making her have the name Dawncloud for her ability to “hide herself with clouds”.
